GrandPrizeNetwork, LLC (the "Company") takes your privacy very seriously. We have created this statement to describe our commitment to your privacy.
What Personally Identifiable Information Do We Gather And Track?
We collect only the personally identifiable information you choose to furnish to use the Prize Wheel Application (the "Application"), such as name, email address and, optionally, phone contact information.
How Do We Use The Personally Identifiable Information We Gather?
The information you submit will be used to inform you if you win a prize through the Application. If you opt in to join the Grand Prize Network mailing list to receive email messages, the email contact information you submit may also be used to send you information about contests, promotions, newsletters, announcements, and other offers we periodically distribute, and we also may share the information with partner companies for them to contact you with similar offers and information by email.
If you grant to us a license to publish and otherwise use your photos and other personal information, we may publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the license you grant to us. See our Official Rules for details.
With Whom May We Share Your Information?
We may share information with selected promotional partners we think will be of interest to you to contact you.
We may also sometimes engage agents or contractors to perform services necessary to our operations (for example, delivery of products, distribution of e-mail, etc.). When we do, we may give them access to name, addresses, or other information necessary for them to do their job for us, but not for any other purpose.
Finally, in the event the Company or its assets are ever sold, the Company reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the Company's sale.
Except as described above, and except as may be required by law, we will not disclose your personally identifiable information to others without your consent.
Retention of Personally Identifiable Information
Personal information that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
International Transfers
Information that we collect will be stored and processed in the USA, and may transferred to any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this policy.
Security of Personally Identifiable Information
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password-protected) servers. All electronic financial transactions entered into through the Application will be protected by industry standard encryption technology. You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
Tracking Technologies and How We May Use Them
We collect and store certain information when you access or use the Application.
This information includes a unique device ID (in the case of iOS devices, an "IDFA" and in the case of Andriod devices an "Advertiser ID"). We will use your IDFA or Advertiser ID solely for the purpose of serving advertising. We will not associate an IDFA or Advertiser ID with any other personal information.
Cookies are unique text files that may be sent to your browser from a Web server. As you use the Application, cookies may be placed on your iOS or Android compatible device. You may be able to configure your device to accept or reject all or some cookies or to notify you when a cookie is set. You may also be able to delete cookies from your device. In order to use some of the functions in the Application, you may need to enable cookies on your device.
The Company may use cookies to store your preferences and to record session information. The Company does not provide any personally identifiable information from cookie data to third parties. The Company may use a third party to analyze general usage statistics such as number of pages viewed and device types obtained from cookies. Cookies may be used by the Company for the following:
- To track the method of your referral to the Application,
- Anonymous statistical purposes,
- To track your Application session and present information, graphics, or hyperlinks based on your session and/or write information to submission forms when contacting the Company, and
- To present information, offers, and invitations (surveys, beta programs, etc.) to improve your experience with the Application.

Our partners also may collect information directly from your device, such as your IP address, device ID, information about your browser or operating system, and depending on your device settings, your geographic location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device; may combine our personal and non-personal information about you with information from other sources; and may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser. If you would prefer not to receive emails and remove your personal data provided to us. This can be accomplished by contacting the Company at list@grandprizenetwork.com.
Minors
Grand Prize Network applications are only intended for persons over age 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under age 13. If we become aware of any such information, we will delete it from our database.
